After your order is completed, deposit the amount of the products you purchased (including shipping costs) in one of the above accounts and send us a photocopy of the deposit (showing the name and your order number) via email to [email protected]. If you cannot send us the receipt, please send us an email stating the deposit date, the deposit bank, the deposit number, the order number, your name and a contact phone number. Once we receive the deposit receipt we will begin the process of executing your order. In case you do not follow the previous procedure and your order number or the name on the order is not stated on your deposit, it will be impossible for us to identify that the deposit corresponds to your order and there will be additional delays for its dispatch.
