After your order is completed, deposit the amount of the products you purchased (including shipping costs) in one of the above accounts and send us a copy of the deposit (showing your name and your order number) via email to [email protected]. If you cannot send us the receipt, please send us an email with the deposit date, the deposit bank, the deposit number, the order number, your name and a contact phone number. Once we receive the deposit receipt we will begin the process of executing your order.

7.3 ORDER CONFIRMATION - UPDATE

The consumer is informed via the website by the company before completing their order about the essential product characteristics, price, quantity, shipping costs, payment method and delivery method. 8. PRODUCT SHIPMENT

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

In cases where the destination is an island, shipping costs are always calculated up to the courier company headquarters. The consumer has no obligation to pay if they do not receive the legal document (receipt/invoice and in case of triangular sale the delivery note). VAT of 24% is included in shipping cost prices. 9. RETURNS - EXCHANGES - CANCELLATIONS

Return policy

Order cancellation

When you place your order through the Possina online store (possina.com) for products belonging to the Possina product range, you have the option to cancel your order on the same day you placed the order.

Shipping of returned products

In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will need your receipt, your order form and the order confirmation email. To return your products you can visit the Possina distribution warehouses in Sindos (Vi.Pe. A4, Sindos, Thessaloniki, postal code 57022) or the Possina distribution warehouses in the Tavros Attica area (P. Ralli street 43, Tavros area, Athens city, Postal Code 177 78). For any information you need, you can contact us by phone at 2312 31 44 44 from landline or mobile with the charge of one local unit. The return request takes effect from the date you notify us of your request to return the goods.

The products you want to return must be in excellent condition, with closed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the product packaging, you must take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the company warehouses in Sindos (the address is mentioned above).

To confirm the return, you must have at delivery to company representatives either a signed delivery note by the employee who received it with the company stamp, or a return note of your own issuance (if you are a legal entity), or you will receive from our company's billing department a return note which must be signed by the company employee receiving the items and stamped.

The customer/user has the option to return purchased products within 15 days from the time of receipt. In case they are not returned within 15 days, then ANDIPOL GP may not accept any return or product replacement.

Apart from the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers under existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract are recognized in any case, as well as any right arising in relation to the product warranty terms.

Refund of returned products value

Provided you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you are returning, via bank deposit to your account unless you wish another return method for which you must notify us in writing.

The refund of the value of returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be made after you notify us in writing of your request to return the products and we accept their return as well as provided the products have been delivered to the warehouses in Sindos Thessaloniki (the address is mentioned above).

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:

• The supply of goods or provision of services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
• The supply of goods manufactured according to specifications you have set as a consumer or which are not in stock and require a special order from the (supplier/manufacturer).
• The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.

We do not accept returns on products that were manufactured "made to order" specifically for you. (Sofas, Kitchens, Wardrobes, Upholstered beds, Duvets, Mattresses, White Goods) either from domestic or foreign suppliers.
