The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of ANDIPOL GP through the internet at the website possina.com
When you place your order through the possina online store (possina.com) for products that belong to the possina product range, you have the option to cancel your order on the same day you placed the order.
In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will need your receipt, your order form, the order confirmation email and the credit card slip (in case you paid by credit card). To return your products you can visit our warehouses in Sindos (Vi.Pe. A4, Sindos, Thessaloniki, postal code 57022). Alternatively, send your request via the contact form. For any information you need, you can contact us by phone at 231 231 44 44 from landline or mobile with the charge of one local unit. The return request takes effect from the date you notify us of your request to return the goods.
The products you want to return must be in excellent condition, sealed in their original packaging and provided the packaging has not been altered by weather conditions. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the product packaging, you must take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the company warehouses in Sindos (the address is mentioned above).
The customer/user has the option to return purchased products within 15 days from the time of receipt. In case they are not returned within 15 days, then ANDIPOL GP may not accept any return or product replacement.
Apart from the rights provided by the return policy, all rights applicable to consumers under existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract are recognized in any case, as well as any right arising in relation to the product warranty terms.
Provided you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the goods you are returning, via bank deposit to your account unless you wish another return method for which you must notify us in writing.
The refund of the value of returned products will be made as soon as possible (usually this is done every Friday). In any case, it will be made after you notify us in writing of your request to return the products and we accept their return as well as provided the products have been delivered to the warehouses in Sindos Thessaloniki (the address is mentioned above).
Upon receipt of products, the customer should check the packaging externally, confirming the absence of external and aesthetic defects. In case of a defect, the consumer is entitled to refuse receipt of the items and return it to the distributor, to receive by signing with reservation of content, or to contact the company's support department within 7 calendar days. In case this deadline expires, they lose any related right.
In the event that the consumer discovers a defective product part during unpacking of items at their premises, they must contact the company's support department and not proceed with its assembly if it has internal damage or defects, so that it is feasible and the procedure for routing the problematic spare part can be determined.

We're sorry, but we do not accept returns on special orders (e.g. sofas in special dimensions, wardrobes in special colors etc.), white goods with opened packaging (e.g. sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow and mattress protectors, etc.), products ordered exclusively for you, either from domestic or foreign suppliers/manufacturers.
