      Shipping Methods

      PLACE AND TIME OF DELIVERY

      Orders are accepted for product deliveries only within the territorial jurisdiction of the Greek State. In cases of orders from another country, the customer/user must indicate the courier/freight company where they want the products delivered. Orders are executed within business hours (9:00am - 17:00pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

      The delivery times for each shipment are determined unilaterally by the company ANDIPOL GP (hereinafter referred to as "company") or by the partner freight/logistics company and are communicated to the customer/user. In cases where the customer/user cannot receive delivery on the day-time assigned to them, the freight company sets a new delivery day and notifies the customer/user. In cases where the customer cannot receive delivery at the next appointment either, they must then collect the products with their own means of transport from the nearest warehouse cooperating with the company in their area. Orders that include made-to-order products are shipped immediately after all products have been collected at the company's warehouses in Sindos Thessaloniki (for areas concerning Northern Greece) or in Tavros Attica (for areas concerning Southern Greece). Partial shipment of individual products of an order is not excluded, provided this is agreed with the customer.

      ORDER DELIVERY METHOD

      Shipping to the customer/user in areas covered by the company's distribution network.

      Products and services to be delivered following the sale are sent to the address and recipient that the customer/user has declared when submitting their order, which has been accepted by the company. The company freely selects the shipping means provided the delivery location is served by its distribution network, and notifies the customer either by phone or in the email correspondence confirming order acceptance. The customer/user is also informed in the above manner about the order's shipping costs. If the shipment concerns a remote or inaccessible destination (indicatively and not restrictively, island or border area etc.) then the customer/user may be notified later either by phone or via email.

      Sale of display items

      In case of purchasing a display item from the company's physical stores, there may be additional charges.

      Company Distribution Network

      The company's distribution network provides 95% population coverage of Greece and is defined by regions:

      • In most of the above areas, delivery is defined up to the entrance sidewalk (except Athens and Thessaloniki where there is the possibility of carrying upstairs to a floor). In cases where the partner freight company is unable to deliver to the entrance sidewalk, delivery will be made to the nearest possible delivery point.
      • In cases where carrying upstairs is deemed impossible via the stairs or elevator, then delivery will be made to the entrance sidewalk and the company will refund the agreed amount for the carrying service, provided this has been paid. (The carrying service is only available in the cities of Thessaloniki and Athens).
      • Delivery concerns large urban centers; any other area (e.g. villages, remote areas) may be considered inaccessible areas, resulting in them not belonging to the company's distribution network. In these cases, the company reserves the right to refuse delivery of goods or to request an additional charge from the customer/user.
      • Minimum shipping charge 3 euros
      • In case the delivery address given by the customer/user is difficult to access by the company's/freight company's means of transport (e.g. truck) or entry is not permitted to the company's/freight company's means of transport, please notify us when registering your order so that appropriate measures can be taken. In case notification is not made, the company/freight company has the right to deliver the products to the nearest point accessible by the means of transport or to request an additional charge from the customer/user for delivery of goods up to the entrance sidewalk.

      Deliveries to areas outside the Company's Distribution Network – obligations

      In case the customer specifies in the order they submit a delivery location outside the Company's Distribution Network (all areas not mentioned above), then the customer is obligated to choose the shipping method themselves with a carrier appointed by them, while the company fulfills its obligation to transfer and deliver the item by delivering the item in excellent condition and packaging to the carrier designated by the buyer. The risk from the sale in this case passes to the buyer at the time of delivery of the sold items by the company to the carrier. The customer will be informed about this obligation (regarding carrier designation and direct customer billing by the carrier) when submitting their order.

      General terms regarding product and service shipment

      The company reserves the right to modify the methods, terms and shipping prices at will and without prior notice, being obligated to inform its potential customers about these changes by revising the present terms of use of the wholesale electronic platform possina.com (e-shop).

      Pick-up from Warehouses

      The company provides the customer with the possibility of picking up products and services sold through the online store, when available, from the warehouses of ANDIPOL GP in the industrial area of Sindos Thessaloniki (Vi.Pe. A4, Sindos, Thessaloniki, postal code 57022) or from the warehouses of a freight company cooperating with ANDIPOL GP in the Tavros Attica area (P. Ralli street 43, Tavros area, Athens city, postal code 177 78). Specifically, the customer is entitled to select via the online store the product(s) they wish to pick up from the warehouses/logistics, provided the products have been collected and are ready for pick-up. Company employees must inform the customer/user when the products are ready for pick-up.

      In case the product(s) that the customer/user wants are available at the warehouses/logistics, the customer may visit the warehouses/logistics to pick up the sold items after at least one hour has passed from submitting their order via the online store (for example, if the customer places an order at 3:00 p.m., they may pick it up from the store they selected at least after 4:00 p.m.). In case it is found that a user is abusing this possibility provided to them by the company (e.g. repeated ordering of items via the online store and non-pickup from the warehouses etc.), the latter may reject and refuse the order of said user via the store pick-up option. In case the customer does not visit the store to pick up the sold items (i.e., receipt of goods and payment of the price) within 30 days from the time the products are ready for pick-up, then the sale is automatically cancelled, being subject to the dissolving condition of the above timely fulfillment by the customer of their obligations.

      Specifically, for the cooperating freight company in Egaleo Attica, goods must be picked up within 5 business days from the time the customer is notified that their products are available for pick-up.

      Extension of the deadline is possible only for force majeure reasons, provided these are communicated in a timely manner by the customer and confirmed in writing. In case of cancellation, the company ANDIPOL GP bears no responsibility for this cause. In case an advance payment has been given at the company's request by the customer/user for a special product order, then the company reserves the right to withhold this advance payment and cancel the order. There may be shipping costs for pick-up from the central warehouses, depending on the supplier's headquarters.

      Person authorized to receive on behalf of the customer

      Pick-up in any case is done by the person listed in the order as the recipient upon presentation of their police ID or passport or in general a public document suitable for proving identity. In case the person listed in the order as the recipient cannot pick up themselves, they must notify us in writing at the company's email address [email protected] ANDIPOL GP reserves the right to demand the return from the guardian or custodian of any orders that will be made by legally incapable persons.

      Deadline for fulfillment of sale – delivery

      The delivery time of sold products and services is determined in the order according to availability, is confirmed in the company's order acceptance, and is at most sixty (60) business days from the time of sale completion, unless there is a special, different agreement between the parties confirmed in writing via email correspondence. In case such time is not agreed and confirmed for any reason in the above manner, delivery will be made at the latest within sixty (60) business days from order acceptance and sale completion. In case of an extraordinary and unforeseen impediment that the company ANDIPOL GP may face regarding the delivery of product(s), the latter is entitled to postpone the delivery of all or part of the sold products and services, with a written statement (email message) to the customer (there will also be telephone notification), provided the total waiting time, together with the postponement, does not exceed sixty (60) days from the order approval and sale completion time. Otherwise, in case the sixty (60) day deadline is exceeded due to impediment or inability of the COMPANY to deliver to the customer, then only the customer will be entitled, if they wish, to set a new second deadline for delivery beyond the sixty (60) days (such new deadline is not necessary if the company refuses delivery in general, or if delivery served the customer's interests only if it occurred within the legal sixty (60) day deadline and the customer had notified the company accordingly). If the supplementary deadline set by the customer is not met, then the latter is entitled to terminate the sales contract regarding the delayed items. The rest of the order is executed normally except in the case where the items in the order are related, will be used as a set and have an accessory character to each other and the customer declares that partial fulfillment of the order does not serve their needs or interests, in which case the company must cancel the entire order.
